Church School (preschool—5th grade) The Church School program is established to strengthen and prepare kids for leadership by teaching Biblical truths that are dynamic and thorough. This year we are using an exciting curriculum called Walk With Me. The children will be learning the story of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation from a Reformed perspective. Our goal is to nurture the faith of kids—and their leaders—within a safe, loving, and caring community. We seek to do this through discipleship and relational ministry with kids in a classroom setting. As we study the Bible, we not only want to instill knowledge, but also encourage kids to respond with their hearts and lives.
Cadets (4th-6th grade boys)
GEMS (3rd-6th grade girls)
Youth Ministries [middle through high school] [most programs run September - May]
Church School (6th-8th) The Church School program is established to strengthen and prepare kids for leadership by teaching Biblical truths that are dynamic and thorough. This year we are using an exciting curriculum called Walk With Me. The young teens will be learning the story of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation from a Reformed perspective.
Cadets (7th-8th grade boys) Cadets, a Wednesday night boys club, seeks to help boys grow spiritually in all areas of life (devotional, mental, physical, and social) by providing Christian men with a uniquely designed structure, program, and materials so that they can mentor boys effectively.
GEMS (7th-8th grade girls) GEMS (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior), a Wednesday night girls club, is a relationship building program for girls created to bring them into a living relationship with Jesus Christ through crafts, singing, learning important life skills, discussing the Bible and applying its teachings to life, discovering solutions to many of the challenges that face girls today, and more.
Heidelberg Catechism/Questions Worth Asking (9th-10th) The 9th and 10th graders will be building a sturdy foundation for their faith using a fresh and relevant study of the basic truths of the Bible summarized in the Heidelberg Catechism. The lessons not only teach the truths, but consistently and creatively relate those truths to the daily lives of high school students.
Christian Living & Ethics (11th-12th)
The
11th and 12th grade students will be taking a road trip through the
Bible discovering how all sixty-six books reveal the good news of God’s
love. Teens will become acquainted with structure, content, and major
themes that unify the Bible. They’ll be challenged to respond in their
daily lives.
